Important: secret ballots and National Court Register filings
Secret ballots may be used in production only after documented verification that ballot secrecy is protected. Until then, they are limited to demonstrations and tests. Draft documents must be reviewed and signed by authorised persons; National Court Register filings depend on the matter. The NGO remains responsible for verifying membership.

From your organisation's needs
to tools that make a difference.
NGO Cyfrowo combines needs assessment, implementation, training and ongoing support. The pilot includes 10 organisations; applications opened on 21 October 2026. We select a package based on needs and agree funding according to the NGO's resources and the project's budget: full project funding, a 50/50 split, or full funding by the participant.
Technology is selected individually. Applying does not guarantee a place or funding; applications are assessed under the rules approved on 21 October 2026. Secret ballots remain limited to demonstrations and tests until the specific solution has been documented as verified.

Different possibilities.
One shared goal.
We assess your organisation's needs and financial capacity together.
After you apply, we agree on the scope, actual cost and available budget. Support may take one of three forms. The final decision depends on the assessment and project funds.
We make use of available technology support.
We help check eligibility for technology grants, NGO discounts and special offers. Terms, eligibility, duration and scope must be confirmed individually. Providers and solutions are selected to match the agreed support scope.

Who can apply on behalf of an organisation?
The programme is for non-profit organisations operating in Poland, especially associations and foundations. An authorised contact person submits the application. The NGO must be properly represented when signing an agreement.
Do we need to have a website already?
No. We can create your first website or improve what you already have. Limited digital skills alone are not grounds to refuse participation.
What does visual identity support include?
There are three levels: basic (logo and business cards), extended (brand system and mini brand book), and complete (full brand book). Final deliverables, file formats, timing and any print-production costs are agreed individually in the Support Plan.
Is participation always free?
No. The project may cover 100%, costs may be split 50/50, or the NGO may cover the full cost. You will know the scope, external costs and continuation terms before signing an agreement.
Does paying a membership fee grant voting rights?
Each organisation determines voting rights under its statutes and relevant resolutions. Fee status may be an eligibility condition where properly established. The system does not automatically admit a person to an association based on payment. The PLN 1 annual fee is Just Do It's model, not a project-wide requirement.
Will the app prepare National Court Register filings automatically?
It can help prepare draft minutes, resolutions and attendance lists and organise attachments. Responsible people must verify the content, signatures and filing requirements. This does not guarantee registration or automatic filing.
Who owns the domain, accounts and materials?
The domain is generally registered to the participant. The NGO retains control of owner-level accounts. Rights to deliverables, licences and file handover are set out in the agreement and Support Plan.
What happens when support ends?
Before signing, we agree on the support period, renewal costs and continuation terms. The organisation receives information about subscriptions, providers and data-export options.
